My greatest career achievement to date has been the establishment of a regional support hub structure at NES Global Talent. Part of the remit of my role was to develop regional support teams in Singapore, Perth, Qatar and Rio de Janeiro to support the growing footprint of the business. Each of these has required bringing a whole new team on board and rolling out best practice to meet the requirements of the group, whilst also ensuring that the teams can support compliant operational growth in a wide variety of different environments.
