Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Introduce and successfully market NES to new clients and discuss potential staffing needs to clients;
  • Secure new clients within specialization market sector;
  • Visit client accounts;
  • Train team members, emphasizing time management and allocation;
  • Knowledge of payrolling and invoicing procedures;
  • Use front-end IT systems to drive business performance and day-to-day reporting using KPI’s;
  • Assist team’s implementation and analysis of recruitment KPI’s and advise on corrective  Measures;
  • Drive business development to ensure consistency of recruitment team’s workload;
  • Understand all contractual issues to negotiate contracts with clients at a senior level;
  • Liase referred contractors, including involvement of marketing to such candidates;
  • Advise and assist staff within and outside own team;
  • Career development of consultants including regular reviews, set personal development plans, and monitor achievements against predefined goals;
  • Full knowledge of credit control issues, including responsibility for dealing with certain clients in these areas;
  • Support and advise Senior Manager as needed;
  • Monthly subs in reconciliation for discipline recruitment team;
  • Complete and timely submit monthly bonus calculations for discipline recruitment team to Senior Manager;
  • Complete weekly feedback sessions with direct reports and ensure these are being flowed down to the wider team through Division Leads.
 

Minimum Requirements for Position:
  • 4 years of experience in account management and supply/recruitment of Engineering, Maintenance and Finance professionals developing and negotiating contracts with major corporations, researching market trends, developing strong business relationships with clients to retain customers and generate business, and overseeing compliance and payroll process. 
  • Domestic travel 10%.
