Recruitment Lead – Power, Energy and Renewables

The Role

Following a number of notable contract wins in the last six months we are seeking a like-minded recruitment leader to join our team in Singapore and lead our activities across the power, energy and renewables space. The role requires a ‘hands on’ recruitment professional, providing first class team leadership, management of major international clients, and delivery and execution on team building targets. With a productive team in place to work with, you will join a peer group of successful leaders, both in country and internationally to deliver exceptional growth. You will become the ‘sector expert’ for our business in the region and be a conduit for internal and external communication concerning our power and energy recruitment activities.

The person

With a track record recruiting in a technical recruitment space you will have extensive experience in business development, recruitment and client management. You will be able to evidence successful growth of your businesses to date, and be keen to develop your career with an international leader. Above all we are seeking an individual that understands what it requires to build a successful revenue stream across globally recognised clients and shares in the NES Global Talent cultural values. To be considered fort this role you will be driven to achieve personal impact, be customer focused, teamwork orientated, and have the necessary enterprise/entrepreneurial spirit to identify and deliver on great revenue opportunities.
