Job Title: Managing Recruitment Consultant (MC)
Reports to: Operations Manager (OM)
Job Purpose:

Lead a team of consultants in providing a recruitment service to new and existing clients by sourcing matched candidates to specified vacancies and undertaking business development to generate new leads. Whilst managing a team the MC continues to undertake all recruitment activities against their own required KPI’s and targets. 

Job Knowledge / Skills / Experience: 
5 years’ experience in the recruitment sector within the Oil and Gas or Power sector.
Will have previously been a high performing Consultant with a strong desire for individual and team excellence. Coaching and leadership and communication skills. Drive and energy to support and motivate team members. 
Takes ownership for own workload and team outputs. Demonstrates ability to motivate direct reports and self to achieve the team’s collective targets. Establishes professional working relationships with internal and external clients, contractors and colleagues. Able to communicate and influence effectively with internal and external clients. 
Understands the linkage of KPI’s and targets to Budget and reforecasting. Demonstrates consistent delivery of own KPIs whilst managing the delivery of direct reports KPIs. Reviews client terms and contract details. 
Conducts personal manner and work tasks in accordance with the NES Global Talent Values; Integrity and Responsibility, Drive and Personal Impact, Customer Focus, Enterprise, Teamwork. Being the interface of NES GT to client, contractors and candidates, uses advanced communication and listening skills to ensure a professional experience for clients.
Wins business and seeks process improvement solutions through applying a service orientated mind-set. 
Motivates self and direct reports to achieve personal and team targets. Overcomes rejection and coaches direct reports through challenges they face and to improve their skills. Uses organisation skills to ensure that personal and direct reports workload, KPI’s and targeted outputs are achieved.
