What are your operational responsibilities?

Reporting into the NSW State Manager, this is a traditional Contracts Administration function where you will administer the head contract and work with sub-contractors with progress, EOT and NOD claims, RFIs and any disputes. You will manage all the document and cost control aspects of the project and produce costs reports for your SPM and CM based in the Castle HIll projects Office. 

Do you have what it takes?

To be considered, you will need to have circa 5-10years experience as a Contracts Administrator/Senior Contracts Administrator on multi-storey projects in Australia. This may be commercial, residential or health related however preference will be given to those who have high rise unit experience.
