Our client requires an IM Coordinator to actively deliver an efficient, cost effective and proactive Information Management service. This will involve overseeing the creation and implementation of a complete end to end information management solution using a portfolio coordination approach. This will include the development of associated deliverable documentation for example information inventories, health checks, design specifications, migration load sheets, project status reports, procedures and training materials. Candidates will have to engage with stake holders regularly to ensure the expectations are managed correctly through change management tools and methods.
The successful candidate will have to collaborate with other Information Management Coordinators to ensure there is consistency to the solution design and implementation. Candidates will need to effectively use appropriate Business Analyst tools as needed in support of new and existing Information Management Solutions. They must identify improvement opportunities for Information Management processes as a result of stakeholder engagement and/or the implementation of solutions.
Candidates applying for this role must be degree qualified in Information Management or an equivalent field. The candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint, Documentum and any other IM tools. Candidates should have experience with Information Management best practice, architecture & design as well as experience of business engagement & change management. Candidates ideally would have worked within an Oil & Gas or resources company.
