This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Buildings or Permits Coordinator to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established residential volume builder located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past decade. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Building Approval Officer to join their team on a full time basis to work on ongoing projects.
Reporting to a highly accomplished Senior Building Approvals Officer, you will be engaged on a variety of estate projects featuring single-storey and double-story family homes. To be considered here, you must have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience with building plans and permits is essential as well as a good understanding of the subdivision process.
