Job Description

Support Safe Choice Team Manager with coordination of team processes and global Safe Choice community business processes. Business processes include: scheduler for Safe Choice implementation workshops and deployments, maintaining  implementation guide and processes, managing monthly work order / purchase order tracking, assist Business Unit contacts with establishing WO/PO, coordinate quarterly meetings with Contractor, and Steering and Sponsor Committees, manage SharePoint and Yammer communities and content, monthly Safe Choice reporting. Other assistance for Safe Choice Manager includes ad hoc powerpoint and communication requests, possible pinch hitter for implementation advisors, also maintains historical files and presentations and documents. Skills and Abilities: - Planning skills – scheduling, reporting with insight, procurement interfaces, cost controls - Able to research topics and get fulsome answers and bring back workable solutions - Needs to be a closer with horsepower, can work autonomously - Good coordination skills - Able to keep high pace on work products - Attention to detail Related to other job types: - Business Manager, Area Coordinator skills/type of role – think of a ‘Junior Business Manager’ or ‘Planner’ - BAR Advisor/Planner with strategic thinking and organizational effectiveness bent Other pertinent information: - Small and dynamic team - need someone flexible and adaptable to support Team Manager with coordination, schedule and short term senior leader presentations and communications - Supervisor ready, or has already been a Supervisor needing broadening opportunity, this role could be a platform for moving to a Supervisor Role, or a Project Engineer role, or for experienced Supervisors, a platform for moving to a Second Line Supervisor role
