Job DescriptionOur client is currently seeking an Offshore Integration Manager – Project Services for a major Oil & Gas project in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities & Dimensions:
Since the project is in its final stage before production i.e. completions, commissioning and start-up it is of the outmost importance to establish and maintain an integrated plan and schedule during this complex phase. All elements of the project; Safety, Permits & Consent, People, Logistics & Materials, Check-sheet completions & clearance of punches, procedures & processes are depended and interrelated with another and must be aligned with each other. Moreover, transparency and clarity need to be maintained at any given moment, to ensure a safe and flawless transition of the project into production and handover to Asset.
It is the responsibility of the planning & control manager in conjunction with all parties involved (Asset, Main Contractor, Owners team, etc) to establish the plan and control mechanism that will effectively drive completion of the project and meet the described requirements above. The Planning and Control manager will be reporting to the Offshore Project Manager and in addition to what has been mentioned before will support her in directing and managing Company & Contractor project activities, contingency planning, performance improvements, reporting and maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
The job requires experience with LNG projects in the final stage of completion (Completion, Commissioning & Start-up), expertise in project planning (Tools, methodology and ways of working) combined with Managerial & Organisational capabilities and soft skills like effective communication, adaptability to needs, responsiveness, analytical skills, problem solver, creative, ability to work Independently and as team, Interpersonal skills, comfortable working under pressure and a clear understanding of technical and legal requirements.
