We are recruiting for an "assignment support executive" within our growing Perth based team located in the CBD; you will work closely with the operations manager.
Fast paced administrator to support our Perth operations.
You will be required to mobilise contractors through our travel agent.
Liaise with external clients, contractors and other partners.
Internal communications with senior management team.
System experience in CRM, Bullhorn, Fieldglass would be ideal.
Reporting for the operations team and Regional Director.
Maintaining 100% Compliance
Basic mathematical calculations
Answering the phone with excellent communication and message taking skills.
Checking reports and legal documentation and final approvals in our sales system for contractor and permanent placements.
Compliance checklists, ensuring work orders and contractual documentation are correct.
A good understanding of Major Accounts in the recruitment space would also be ideal.
Excellent Microsoft skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Qualification in HR or Business with an understanding of IR would be ideal.
Excellent communication skills
Right to work in Australia
Available for full time permanent work
Good Level of Mathematics
Excellent Organisational skills
Previous experience working within a recruitment agency would be ideal but not essential for the role.
