Job Description


Execute the day-to-day warehouse activities. Monitor inventory and ensure that inventory levels are correct and up-to-date. Partner with Procurement Manager to ensure that incoming parts are received, stored and input into the parts management system. Identify workplace hazards through workplace inspections, assess risks and conduct job safety analysis.


    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with changes, delays, or unexpected events

    • Maintenance and preparation of multiple status reports in both MS Excel and MS Word applications including, but not limited to, Daily Dock Report, Shipping Record Logs etc...

    • setup and maintenance of hard copy files for purchase orders, materials receipts, and site warehouse request and issue documents

    • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

    • Partner with Procurement, Maintenance, Production to forecast incoming shipping requirements & schedules

    • Coordinate shipping/trucking requirements & schedules

    • Administers counting, weighing & recording number of units of material moved or handled on daily production sheet

    • Ensures identifying tags or labels are affixed to incoming parts and materials or mark information on bags or other containers

    • Ensures recording of all products using scanners for outbound deliveries

    • Maintains physical inventory of product and packaging materials in warehouse and is communicated to Maintenance

    • Coordinate packaging, packing, and storage requirements for all production shift schedules

    • Coordinate and perform loading and unloading of materials onto or from pallets, skids or lifting device

    • Ensure all industrial vehicles, warehouse, packaging machinery and equipment are maintained/serviced (via appropriate party) on a regular basis, and good housekeeping standards applied

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of handling/loading methods

    • Complete special projects as assigned

    • Serve as an excellent Company ambassador and safety champion at all times



    • High School diploma and/or GED certification

    • 2+ years of warehouse process development and implementation or similar experience

    • Prior experience in a hi-volume (2000+ discrete parts) inventory environment (preferred)

    • Prior experience in a production environment (preferred)

    • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Strong interpersonal skill
