Job Description

Our client, a global Medical Device company based in Surrey, is looking for a Global QMS Integration Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to bring their own ideas and experience and put their own mark on the role! 

You will be responsible for the integration of the Quality Management System of multiple sites and provide expertise and leadership

Responsibilities will include - 

- Accountability for the development, continuous improvement and maintenance of the Quality System to meet business requirements and ISO standards 

- Maintaining a strong understanding of the Quality System regulations, validation and data integrity

- Accountability for the on boarding of future company acquisitions specific to the QMS

- Ensuring that  quality metrics meet the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies and developing quality KPIs across multiple sites 

- Coordinating Quality Management Review meetings for presentation to senior leadership teams 

- Creating quality guidance documents 

- Creating and implementing a deployment project plan for QMS integration of newly acquired businesses 

- Accountability for resolving any quality system issues 

- Acting as the point of contact for all QMS queries 

 

Skills and experience required - 

- Educated to degree level or equivalent 

- Strong background in quality system regulations (GMP, MHRA, FDA etc.) 

- Experience of working in a GMP environment (ideally pharmaceuticals or medical devices) 

- Experience of implementing electronic documents and QMS
