Customer Success Manager - Communications Compliance Technology – London – New York - $80k-$90k basic salary, Pension, Benefits, Holidays, Life Insurance  

Following the successful ventures into New York and London my client is looking to strengthen their service management team with the addition of an experienced Customer Success Manager. They are seeking an experienced, consultancy focused Customer Success professional with a proven track record of high end enterprise level projects and programme delivery.

The right person will have experience in Customer Success focused roles ideally within the communications technology and compliance products sets.  It is essential that they have experience into banking and the financial trading market.

    • Successful delivering clients projects, programmes and service management initiatives to global scale enterprise organisations

    • Clear competency in defining, implementing and maintaining ongoing service management programmes

    • Key negotiation with Head of Voice, C-level, Compliance departments & Stakeholder level

    • Responsible for nurturing and developing strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty

    • Preparing and composing client proposals and presentations


    • 5 + years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager dealing with technology solutions

    • Must have dealt with enterprise level customers in the banking and finance sector

    • Experience selling Voice, Data Capture, Analytics, Reporting, Professional Services

    • Must have a strong knowledge of compliance communications technologies

    • Knowledge of and the capability to document deployments, installations and service models

    • New York Based


    • Customer Success Experience

    • Managed enterprise level clients in Banking and finance

    • Experience delivering sales targets across the Customer Lifecycle

    • Project managers with results driven success  

    • Other languages advantageous

    • Open to domestic and international travel
