Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to commence working on a series of high profile land development projects across Melbourne. They are a reputable industry leader having forged a long term foothold in this growing market.

As a result of sustained growth, a permanent position has become available for a professional individual to join the Engineering and Project Management team. To be successful you will be degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in previous Project Management roles, have a strong customer focus and possess the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders along with effective dispute resolution skills.

You must be able to provide knowledge and input into various design concepts whilst ensuring these designs meets our clients and your customers’ standards. Liaising with various stakeholders is an integral part of this role, you will have a proven track record of effective communication with management to ensure the timely delivery of projects along with a high level of communication with your companies’ clients in managing their expectations. You will also have a keen eye on detail to ensure that final documentation for projects is presented in accordance with both client and statutory regulations. It will be a part of your role to develop and obtain various financial and project schedules to ensure all work is completed in a suitable manner.
