Change Manager – December 2019 Contract – London EC3A

ESSENTIAL:- Experience working on a transport, property development, energy type of Change Programme. Deep experience in transformational change & delivery of change.  Significant experience in building change skills & embedding change in an organisation.  Ability to plan & implement corresponding communication & engagement plans. Delivery through others - the ability to communicate, influence & gain agreement for ideas & proposals from a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, directors & more junior team members. Significant experience of leadership & implementation of complex & multi-faceted transformation initiatives through to successful completion.  Ability to work to tight deadlines while carrying the team with. Change Manager to have strong project management skills & able to drive delivery

Change Manger will be working on the Implementation of the new organisation model.

Change Manager Responsibilities


    • Developing & delivering project plans for Project Copper

    • Developing & delivering communication & engagement strategy & plan

    • Developing & delivering governance, management structures & ways of working (SLT & OLT relationships)

    • Decision making framework (partially developed)

    • Implementation of new meeting structure

    • Support for detailed operating model design

    • Defining & implementing success measures

    • Integration with ongoing cultural work

    • Support the capability development / talent programmes

    • To deliver parent company project governance requirements as required

    • To consider project legacy & in all decision making in the same way as cost, risk & time

    • To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve legacy benefits

    • To hold health, safety & welfare (HSW) as a key project value & to participate in the creation, development & implementation of HSW strategies by the project leadership team
