NES Global Talent is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our rapidly expanding Contract team in our Costa Mesa office.  If you are looking to join a progressive, forward thinking, global business with operations in over 26 countries then please read on.

As a Senior Recruiter for NES Global Talent you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates with O&G companies across North America. This role will require someone to be familiar recruiting in either the staffing agency or O&G industry. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients.

    • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis


    • Intuitively source and identify active and passive technical professionals through various sourcing engines and social media sites



    • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates qualifications and job requirements



    • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates



    • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates



    • Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required



    • Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery



    • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates



    • Ability to look after existing contractors








    • Bachelor’s Degree





    • 1-2 years Recruitment experience (Agency preferred)



    • Strong communication skills



    • Attention to detail



    • Outgoing & engaging personality



    • Determination to achieve objectives



    • Ability to multi-task and produce results
