Job DescriptionAn oil and gas major operator currently require a Contracts Advisor – Pre-Award Vendor Service Agreements, for a major capital project to be based in Farnborough, UK, on a 12 month renewable contract.
The Contracts Advisor – Pre-Award Vendor Service Agreements will be part of a small team who are responsible for a portfolio of high volume, low value, and low complexity contracts. Key responsibilities include; drafting, formulating and awarding contracts for vendor service agreements to support site construction and operations.
You will be primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, SMEs and Bidders; Develop contract exhibits according to scope requirements; Develop contract and reporting documents; Identify opportunities to align and leverage contracting strategies and KC content into contracting strategies; Manage the bidding, evaluation, awarding and execution activities; and review and update contracting plan schedule to reflect activities in progress.
You will have previous oil/gas EPC experience as a Contracts Advisor and be familiar with various compensation models. Previous experience formulating contracts is essential; experience formulating vendor service type agreements is advantageous. Ideally you will have used Sharepoint, Ariba, POL, Enterprise Bentley and Pro-Con.
