Maintenance Coordinator

This company is a global industry leader in the petrochemical and petroleum industries and have been operating in New Zealand for over 120 years so are New Zealand’s oldest oil company.  They have over 170 Mobil branded sites, operate 6 storage facilities and have other vested interests in the country.

Based in the Mount you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities within their midstream operations. This will include work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness and development of job packs.

This would be for a 12 month contract and an immediate start would be preferred.  You must have the current legal right to work in New Zealand and for the duration of the 12 month contract to be considered for this position.

You will ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and appropriate certification or the relevant professional experience to be considered for this position.

You will have highly effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.  You will enjoy working to deadlines, multitasking and dealing with priority changes.  You will also have strong computer skills including MS Office.
