Job Description

Function

The Department Secretary will prepare and organize meetings, keep agenda’s up to date and make/assist in travel arrangements for the Department Head and departmental staff. Furthermore you will execute general departmental tasks, such as holiday planning and department specific tasks (maintain database/overviews) et cetera. Your responsibility is also to facilitate relevant equipment and tools (such as desk, computer, et cetera) for new staff and temporary personnel. The Department Secretary will if necessary assists other secretaries where possible/required and serves as back-up when needed, also for reception.

Requirements

We are looking for a flexible, sensitive secretary with good planning and organizing skills. Also you are immune to stress. Furthermore:

  • Vocational Education: Administrative Secondary Education.
  • Dutch and English excellent, verbally as well as in writing. 
  • Over 3 years of experience with secretarial work, preferably in a contracts/procurement environment
  • Excellent computer literacy for MS Office.
