Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional IT Leader and one or more managers in a defined business unit or function. Tactfully manages access to IT calendar and offices. Provides responsive and professional phone coverage; handles meeting schedules. Plans and manages domestic and international travel schedules, including timely preparation of required travel documents. Responds to travel and schedule changes, provides alternative arrangements, and/or creatively solve travel related issues in a timely manner. Provides general office management. Effectively manages change in a dynamic environment with a composed, professional presence, and prioritizes tasks based on business needs. Ensures IT office areas represent the company in a neat and professional manner at all times. Prepares and drafts executive-level PowerPoint presentations / business correspondence for internal and external use. Manages basic budgeting, purchasing and payable processes. Provides timely and accurate reconciliation of expense accounts and other related administrative items (mailings etc.). Manages project-based or special assignments requiring planning and coordination on an as-needed basis.

5+ years administrative experience in an executive assistant / administrator role. Must be responsive and able to work flexible hours to accommodate global business needs and IT department requirements.
Excellent communicator, with superior oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates executive presence; confident in abilities while being sensitive to others. Self-starter that takes initiative appropriately.
Outstanding organization skills (can multi-task across projects effectively); has established systems for easy retrieval of information. Pays attention to detail, demonstrated by high quality work and results.
Excellent electronic and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new systems and software as required. Previous IT department-specific experience a plus. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
