SAP Netweaver Delivery Analyst – 3 Months Contract – Central Manchester


SAP Netweaver Delivery Analyst to work on on a SAP Network Upgrade Project

The SAP Netweaver Delivery Analyst will provide specialist SAP skills required to deliver the SAP NetWeaver 7.50 upgrades to the already implemented NetWeaver systems, Portal, BW/I, PI and Gateway. Working within a managed project environment, the SAP Netweaver Delivery Analyst will deliver Upgrade activities within the SAP Support Team, to deliver and support the Upgrade requirements including Dual stack split activities and DB2 Upgrades as well as SAP application upgrades, including SolMan 7.2. In addition to possessing technical and analytical skills, the role holder will be an accomplished proficient verbal and written communicator for a wide variety of technical and non-technical purposes. 

SAP Netweaver Delivery Analyst - SAP Basis  

The candidate will be able to demonstrate the following role specific skills:

  • Technical skills based on practical experience of SAP NetWeaver Upgrade to 7.50 for implemented NetWeaver systems comprising BW, PI and EP and GW
  • Experience in Dual stack split
  • DB2 Database Upgrades for NetWeaver systems
  • SAP Basis administration tasks for all implemented systems including Transport management
  • Experience in Solution manager upgrade 7.2 and configuration
  • SAP Java admin and configuration
  • SAP GUI build / test / deploy
  • SAP Solution Manager activities required to deliver the N/W upgrades
  • SAP Performance & Workload Analysis
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong end user interaction skills
The candidate should also have some experience of the following skills.

  • DB2 database administration
  • Redhat clustering
  • TREX admin, patch, configuration
