Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist in performing compliance monitoring reviews, process redesign and re-engineering to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and corrective/ preventive action plans are in place.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Compliance in conducting compliance reviews and developing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Manage the central repository of all policies and procedures and ensure logging of latest updates.
• Perform research of best practice operational and business processes for development companies.
• Assist BPI in identification, review, and analysis to improve existing business and operations processes to meet set goals and objectives.
• Assist Directorates in process redesign and re-engineering in coordination with BPI and Compliance.
• Assist in the implementation of approved process and system improvement initiatives with Directorates.
• Coordinate teams across the Directorates to drive initiatives (e.g., task forces on DoA updates).
• Coordinate corrective/preventive action plans and assist in maintaining the central repository of all policies and procedures of the company.
• Coordinate with Sustainability to identify and pursue Corporate Excellence certifications and Operational Excellence certifications.
• Assist in the development of internal and external surveys to measure different parameters across the company (including event surveys), in coordination with
Communications & PR, Strategic Planning, and Directorates.
• Support BPI during accreditations as needed.
• Perform implementation of approved process and system improvement initiatives.
• Perform compliance monitoring reviews.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit to open an investigation and support their efforts in the case of suspected financial fraud.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management.
• ISO and Six Sigma Certifications preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance and strong understanding of real estate business, policies and procedures.

• Experience in developing policies and procedures.
• Strong conflict resolution/ management skills. Strong communication skills.
