Job DescriptionDue to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we now have an immediate requirement for a Contracts Assistant to join our client for initially a six month engagement.
On a daily basis your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting the procurement process and providing consultation to various contract holders
- Specifically vendor assessment and due diligence
- Contract drafting & execution
- Needs / Gap assessment of various cultural agreements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years Contracts & Procurement experience with specific experience working with Indigenous stakeholders. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
