FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (CRE)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the performance of the Group’s SPVs and the Group
- Supervision of and cooperation with accountants
- Preparation of the Group’s quarterly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting of the Group and group’s SPVs
- Participation in the Group’s year-end process
- Preparation of the ad-hoc financial statements
- Project management
- Daily cash flow and liquidity management and cash reporting of the Group and the Group’s SPVs
- Management of inter-company loans and other open balances
- Participation in the process of obtaining bank financing
- Bank reporting and cooperation with banks
- Participation in the process of reporting per stock exchange requirements
- Cooperation with the Group’s auditors
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures as required
Required Skills
- Total experience of min. 3 years on similar position and ideally in audit company (preferably Big Four) alternatively experience in audit only however in real estate industry
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background, ideally including consolidation
- Perfect command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience with stock exchange reporting would be an asset
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
