Job DescriptionActual Title: Contracts Manager - Equipment and Materials
Role: Will be responsible for the collaboration, coordination, and execution of commercial and management of change activities for the enhanced bill of materials / catalogs implementation. This role will be a critical position focused on ensuring Category Strategies are properly reflected in eCatalog setups.
Lead a team of individuals to execute developed category strategies, by collaborating with suppliers and PAs and then working with the eCatalog project team to make sure requirements are properly reflected in the BuySmart platform. Some key areas include:
Ensuring negotiations of agreement amendments are executed in accordance with category guidance.
Collaborating with stakeholders (e.g. SC, EC, E&M SAP team) to identify changes impacting commercial terms
Ensures transactional requirements are properly reflected in both SAP and eCatalog environment
Serves as the escalation point for items requiring constructive discussions
Report and steward progress on scheduled tasks
Develop and steward robust delivery plan
Key skill sets:
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work well with timelines, meet deadlines
Knowledge of equipment and materials
Ability to influence without authority with business line partners, suppliers, and procurement colleagues
