Job DescriptionClient is seeking an Organizational Change Management Generalist who can support two IT projects for our Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Commercial businesses
Projects are scheduled to start ASAP through December 2019
The selected candidate will support the Supply Chain Portfolio OCM Manager to plan, develop, and execute organizational change management tasks for each project.
Primary Duties: Partner with the OCM Portfolio Manager to determine and schedule the project OCM activities in the overall project plan. Maintain weekly status for organizational change management deliverables. Develop and deliver communications and training deliverables. Develop and execute communication plan, prepare and execute readiness activities, develop training strategy, plan, training needs, and training content and manage training logistics and reports.
Requirements: minimum of 7 years of experience creating OCM deliverables within IT projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to use MSFT PowerPoint, word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, complex environment. Facilitation, critical thinking and problem-resolution skills are essential.
