Aker Solutions' planning department based in Stavanger Norway consists of qualified and experienced planners and are seeking to strengthen the team.  We are now looking for a talented Senior Planner for a temporary position. The contract period will be 25.03.2019 – 31.12.2021

 

Responsibilities and Tasks
 

  • Take clear ownership to all plan activities within the planning group and the reporting departments and disciplines
  • Create, use and maintain EPCI plan with logics and focus on critical path
  • Continually improve the planning, scheduling and reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness
  • Follow-up aggregated PEM milestone check
  • Report to Project Manager all matters of importance
  • Consider HSE&Q aspects in the sequencing and duration of activities
  • Ensure that approved changes are implemented in plans and forecasts
  • Update the set of activities with plan dates from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Contribute to preparation of necessary progress reports
 

Qualifications and Personal Qualities
 

  • Master or Bachelor of Science/Economics
  • Minimum 5 year experience with offshore multidiscipline planning, incl. module hook-up and/ or shut down
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • IT skills: Safran Project
  • Good experience in EPCI & amp; Portfolio planning
  • Generally good at collaboration and communication both internally and towards clients
