The main functions of this role are to look after feasibility, construction, project management, contract administration and business development. These functions include, providing technical design and construction advice, preparing technical engineering reports and letters for presentation to clients and various authorities and maintain knowledge of infrastructure construction standards. In addition to this you will prepare accurate and timely fee proposals, identify cause for revisions to project and whether such changes are billable to the client and attending internal meetings and action resultant tasks with set deadlines.
To be considered, you must have a Bachelor of Engineering, approximately five years or more experience as a Project Manager, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, current Victorian Driver’s Licence and an ability to prepare cost estimates for land development projects. Strong customer and quality focus, proven ability to deliver within time and budgetary controls and strong project management skills. You also have to have integrity, ethics and the desire to embrace the culture and values of the company.
