The processes and tools provided by and utilised by the Performance team are key to the business making the right decisions and ensuring we operate in a safe, compliant and efficient manner. This role requires the Performance analyst to:
- Analyse data sources and their trends
- Formulate insights and recommendation for Area issues
- Distribute Performance meeting pack
- Review Performance meeting effectiveness
- Formulate insights and recommendation for Regional issues
- Performance manage the actions to closure
Other responsibilities include:
Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations including HSE, Production, Cost and People aspects of the function
Drives standardised performance management through the implementation of centrally issued reports and identify/share good practices with Above Region Performance team for continuous improvement.
Integrates with Functions and Sub-functions to drive demonstrable conformance of requirements in the Performance related Practices.
Delivers appropriate performance management process to support delivery of key milestones and plans such as the Annual Functional Plan
Facilitates the integration of Self-Verification and turning the data into insights and performance improvement recommendations
