Software Licensing Support Administrator Essentials:- Minimum two year of experience working with enterprise systems (like ERP, CRM, Content Management, ticketing, etc). Fluent knowledge of MS-Office. Software licensing first/second level support to worldwide. Has technical knowledge of licensing and licensing systems.
Software Licensing Support Administrator Tasks and Responsibilities:
Software licensing first/second level support to worldwide license administrators.
Troubleshoot non-routine problems liaising with different functional groups as required.
Processing of non-automated and non-standard licenses.
Has technical knowledge of licensing and licensing systems.
Licensing Trade compliance following existing procedures.
Implement approved exceptions of rules on Software Download Center and licensing systems.
Validating non-standard cases with TCC specialists.
Keeping procedures up to date and communicating to end users.
Software Licensing Support Administrator Requirements:
HBO Educational / Bachelor level or similar level.
Customer service experience.
Very good knowledge of general IT systems.
Minimum two year of experience working with enterprise systems (like ERP, CRM, Content Management, ticketing, etc).
Fluent knowledge of MS-Office.
Fluent English C1/C2 level.
Willingness to work in a team of international staff members.
Problem solver, service orientated, analytical, team player, accurate and assumes responsibility for end results.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
