- Able to do HR staff on SAP such as e-8000 action , track staff organization training history, entering proposed staff for advance degree, follow up and maintain PDP merit increase, and maintain staff organization IDP
- Able to do time keeping for organization/division
- Prepare and type an official letter
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain calendars of HR management team.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
