Asphalt Technical Product Support Manager - East Midlands & East Anglia – £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + company car

One of the UK’s leading Building Materials manufacturers are looking for a Technical Product Support Manager to identify and drive business opportunities within their specified market.

Responsibilities of the Asphalt Technical Product Support Manager
  • Working closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities for business growth and upselling
  • Support account managers from a technical perspective, get involved with training and upskilling of internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidently demonstrate products to potential customers in order to generate opportunities for upselling
  • Use detailed product knowledge to differentiate product offering from your competition
  • Effectively use focussed intelligence to identify projected profit / return on specific products
  • Efficiently manage your own time management
Essential
  • Have sound technical knowledge of building materials – specifically asphalt / bitumen
  • Have good commercial acumen and a personal hunger and drive
  • Be confident in dealing with external stakeholders
  • Ideally have a good level of education
  • IT/PC literate
  • Full driving licence
