Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have Perth CBD commercial fit out experience along with experience in Project Management / Contracts Administration role. Cheops computer package knowledge will be looked upon favourably. Along with it, you must be efficient in time management along with a deep understanding of the industry. Your negotiation skills must be second to none and should be able to liaise with clients in a reliable and professional manner.
