Job Overview:

Company's in-house creative agency, dedicated to providing strategic communications solutions is a multi-disciplinary agency that manages a variety of communications projects, both online and in print. Team members draw from extensive technical and creative expertise to provide communication materials that align with company's core values and branding standards.

  • The Account Manager is responsible and fully accountable for executing the account management process through opportunity and client relationship management.
  • The Account Manager is the link between client and creative, and they need to speak both languages.
  • The Account Manager will develop effective working relationships with clients, spending time to understand their communication plans and challenges.
  • The Account Manager will also be familiar with the key functions that go into developing creative communications, marrying the wide knowledge of both the client’s business and creative solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be able to anticipate obstacles and work with a sense of urgency and under pressure, while maintaining a cool outlook and professional demeanor.
  • It is also essential that the successful candidate work well with a cross functional team, but also independently with a minimum of coaching or supervision. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: • Account management • Manages programs and complete project lifecycles of complex and high-impact projects. • Provides expert and proactive facilitation of meetings and all client interactions. • Embodies a passion for client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Assesses program business trends and evaluates new opportunities
  • Strong sales process execution
  • Executes client service activities for both new and existing clients
  • Responsible for execution of account plan actions to achieve client and agency goals and retain business
  • Provides market intelligence to aid in business decisions
  • Identifies areas of business growth and future opportunities and actively markets agency's products and services to create value for the corporation
  • Client relationship management
  • Possesses a proactive approach to managing creative projects and problem solving
  • Builds relationships with client partners and other functions through active collaboration
  • Expresses a personable and professional demeanor that allows increased rapport with both clients and creatives
Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of creative industry experience
  • 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Highly computer literate (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of Account management, marketing or related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Demonstrated teamwork and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to managing clients, creative projects and problem solving
  • A personable and professional demeanor that builds rapport with both clients and creatives
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated high level of financial and business acumen
  • Business development experience
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite
