Job Description
  1. The admin role for Mahape base would be tasked with booking hotels, airline tickets, and taxis for Cameron personnel, primarily field service rotators.
  2. The role would manage and maintain Cameron related records including field service orders, training records, MOHA, visas, etc
  3. Monitor visa and FRRO progress and coordinate with HR and Fragoman and Cameron HR to maintain compliance
  4. Create and maintain a file for laptop letters and equipment movement permissions required for each personnel and equipment movement
  5. Prepare CV packages for submittal to customer
  6. Prepare NED applications and renewal applications for submittal to customer
  7. Maintain inventory or office-related supplies and order as needed
  8. Assist workshop personnel with administrative tasks such as making manifests and excel documents related to inventory and shipping
  9. Assist Cameron management team with various administrative tasks that arise in daily operations
  10. Assist with monthly invoicing.
