Within Auckland they have a close-knit team which they’ve set the objective on doubling in size following guaranteed workload and projects in the pipeline. Throughout the business they promote having a flat, open-door structure where higher management is approachable and supportive.
We’re ideally seeking proven experience with delivering supermarket and/or retail projects however we will consider consistent commercial construction experience on projects valued circa $20 million. Additionally, their client’s upcoming projects will be Greenstar accredited therefore similar experience will be preferred.
Other skills and attributes we’re seeking are:
- A minimum of 4 years in a Quantity Surveying or Contracts Administrator position l
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction related degree
- The ability to create long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, a local network within Auckland will be well-regarded and advantageous.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
We will only be considering candidates with New Zealand or Australian based experience that is currently based within New Zealand or moving back.
