Job DescriptionSeeking Recruitment Consultants of all levels. In this position there will be 3 main responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Candidate Sourcing
- Recruitment Process Management
Business Development may not be as you have become used to in other companies. Due to the global nature of our business there is very rarely a company we do not have a contract signed with on a global level, our database is also populated with the very best candidates globally.
Job Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
1 - 5 years experience in the recruitment sector and Business Development. Detailed knowledge and understanding of own sector and specialism.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Takes ownership for own workload and outputs. Establishes professional working relationships with internal and external clients, candidates and colleagues. Communicates effectively to influence clients and contactors.
Demonstrates understanding of the financial target requirements of personal performance. Understands the internal reward classification of ETC roles. Acknowledges through market knowledge, the feasibility of filling roles and demonstrates a commercial approach to roles directly sourced or released to the PSL.
Consistently delivers activities in accordance with specified contract service SLA’s. Seeks support and clarification from their manager when required to ensure service levels are delivered. Manages client and candidate expectations on any challenges faced.
Drive and Motivation:
Self-motivates to meet targets and KPI’s. Controls emotions to continue to make further opportunities out of successes and navigate quickly past obstacles and rejection.
Plans effectively and organises own workload efficiently and diligently.
