Responsibilities and tasks:
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking for all positions in Brazil;
- Create reward analysis of individuals for salary changes and job offers;
- Elaborate reports based on reward data;
- Conduct job evaluations for implementing new roles and salary structures;
- Support discussion for variable pay programs definition;
- Calculate local variable pay programs.
- Run global reward cycles locally (ie.: variable pay program, merit cycle, etc);
- Support reward information for BID processes (Tenders);
- Provide technical advices to help the HR Business Partners.
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Excel Skills;
- Experience in reward methodologies (ie.: Hay, Mercer);
- Experience in processes improvement;
- Strong analytical skill and problem solving;
- Proactive attitude and business oriented.
