1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst’s essential’s:- Looking for at least 2 years experience within IT at 1st or 2nd Line. A degree within IT. Strong Microsoft background or Voice Recording Systems NICE (NTR preferably). Experience working within a large organisation is essential.
My client is looking to bring on board a team of 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst’s, you will have a strong Microsoft background preferably Microsoft Certified.
There will be a lot of training given with this position as my client is looking for you to work with Voice Recording products such as NICE (NTR preferably), any experience in this area will be a bonus.
1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst’s Education required
Degree in IT
