2nd Line Support Analyst Essential’s:- Looking for at least 2 years experience within IT at 2nd Line. A degree within IT. Strong Microsoft Windows background. Experience working within a large organisation is essential.
My client is looking to bring on board a team of 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will have a strong Microsoft background preferably Microsoft Certified.
My client will be looking to invest in you heavily to train you in other technologies such as Voice Recording, NICE, Verint any experience in this area will be a bonus.
2nd Line Support Analyst Education required
Degree in IT
