Job Description

We require an Organisational Development professional to join the corporate HR team within this world renown Mega Project in Damman, KSA.  

The purpose of the role is to shape, implement, manage and deliver a high-quality Organisational Development Strategy for the group as a whole. This must be delivered through expert advice, relationships and partnering, as well as through well designed systems and processes that support IMI to deliver its strategic objectives, across its various and diverse business lines. This role is closely aligned to our corporate values and is expected to increase in remit and influence as the company grows.


Your responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in organisational development to build an effective organisation in accordance with the long term goals. The primary focus will be on development and design, culture change, leadership, efficiency, collaboration, resilience and training services aligned to the business plan. The role is not advisory’ although a birds-eye perspective is required. The role will demand immediate impact; quickly establishing confidence amongst a wide range of stakeholders and building on the platform of progress and success already achieved. 


Experience: You will be an HR professional with significant experience of Organisational Design and Business Planning. You must have Solid knowledge of the Human Resource policies, systems and procedures. Working as a key advisory member of the Senior Management Team you will be capable of Influencing through persuasion, knowledge and conviction rather than position. 

You must be able to demonstrate experience of and will be responsible for:-

Conducting comprehensive organisational HR related studies, surveys, and research and present findings to Senior Management  including recommended action plans.
Working with other members of the senior management team and business line leaders you will be developing business strategies to support the organisation plans & business requirements.
Update the organisation structures reflecting the on-going organisational changes and act as a custodian of the company’s organisation chart.
Maintain and update IMI’s Job description database to conduct an accurate and efficient evaluation of jobs when necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in HR MIS, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or closely related disciplines.

Experience of a start-up Mega Project would be beneficial

At least 3 to 5 years experience of Organisational Design in a market leading organisation 

Other Information: The role will be based from Damman, KSA
