Job Description

NES Global Talent is currently recruiting for an Front Desk / (Jr.) Supply Chain Coordinator to be based in Den Helder - The Netherlands. Only Dutch speaking candidates will be considered. It's a permanent staff position directly hired by our client. Our client is one of the largest Oilfield Services Companies worldwide.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact with the Product Lines organization for Supply Chain requirements
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers from company’s ERP system (JD Edwards) and follow up on delivery
  • Issue request for quotations (RFQ)
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and direct line manager
  • Maintain accurate and timely administration in JDE and other systems
  • Support the Sr. Supply Chain coordinator in administrative tasks and competitive biddings
  • Overall Front Desk / Reception duties

  • MBO - 4 level of working and thinking
  • 1-2 year relevant working experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Affinity with technical working environment


  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • No-nonsense attitude and effective hands on problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with only little or remote supervision
  • Experienced user of MS Office programs
  • ERP systems (JD Edwards experience preferred)
