Job DescriptionResponsible for the revenue of the Grouts segment in ASEAN you will be responsible for driving sales across ASEAN for this segment for a major international chemical company's construction chemicals business.
You’ll need to work closely with each country to learn each of their markets and products and assess where there are gaps in the business plan and how new business can be gained.
You’ll need to have experience with and a technical understanding of grout products for the construction industry as you will be leading this segment and will work with clients and internal colleagues to develop new formulations to meet your client’s needs.
When you do have new products to market you’ll work with marketing to define a strategy to do so and be responsible for launching the product to market.
You’ll also act as the company expert for this segment, which will include training both internal colleagues and external customers with product/market knowledge.
