Job DescriptionNES are currently working on behalf of a leading oilfield service company, who are on the lookout for a Customer Care Specialist for a 12 month contract in Farnborough. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience within an administrator / coordinator type role and very competent with Microsoft Office.
- Joining an existing team of 2, the role would primarily deal with generating quotes / inputting PO’s into SAP but would also have some dealings with SalesForce
- Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial but as long as you have strong Excel skills, then training will be provided
- Flexible on industry, O&G would be beneficial, as would a supply chain background, however this is not a prerequisite
- Candidates should have strong initiative as they would need to make contact and chase up customers both externally as well as internally
