Complaint Manager (m/w)

For our client, a global manufacturing business in the Medical Device field, we currently look for a professional to join a team of 8 in the QA department. Within their international environment, they offer a permanent, full-time specialists position of a Complaint Manager (m/w). With the growth of the QA department more opportunities for personal and career options are to come.

Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of the Quality Team, managing complex and high impact complaints, helping with and eliminating potential reputational risk
  • Ensuring fair outcomes and providing excellent service improvements for customers
  • Complaints handling, customer satisfaction, loyalty by carrying out full investigations, recognising root causes and resolving complaints within regulatory time frames

Must have skills:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in medical device and GMP area
  • Fluent level in English (written and spoken), German B1/B2 level
  • Experience in one of the following industries - Technical, Chemistry, Biological, Polymer industry, Packaging, Medical Device
  • Technical background
