Job DescriptionOur client, a construction main-contractor, has created a reputation for delivering some of Auckland’s most iconic high-end apartments, office blocks and commercial buildings and our now requiring a Quantity Surveyor to be site based for the remaining 12 months of a key project on their portfolio.
Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, also based on site, you’ll be required to work autonomously to see out the remaining 12 months of this iconic project. You’ll be liaising with multiple stakeholders, processing payments and further coordination with sub-contractors.

Before you apply, we’re seeking the following:
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar and a member of NZIQS or RICS
- Proven experience working on commercial construction projects for a main contractor, preferably high-rise projects if applicable
- Effective and confident communication skills, both written and verbal as well as proven experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- The current legal right to live and work in New Zealand, this is an urgent requirement for our client therefore we cannot go through visa processes
