Job Description

I am looking for an Electrical Project Engineer for my Pharmaceutical client based in Northern Ireland 

You will report directly to the Electrical Project Manager and will:

· Lead projects related to the replacement and upgrade of existing electrical systems (incl. standby generator systems)

· Organise/ chair/ attend meetings for electrical design review

· Develop site logistic plans

· Review, supervise and coordinate the activities of external designers

· Manage, supervise and coordinate external contractors, including the review and sign off of associated RAMS

· Ensure site compliance with regard to Statutory and non-statutory electrical regulations

· Support the commissioning of new or modified equipment by attending FAT SAT and attending plant/equipment trials

· Develop and implement commissioning procedures and associated documentation

· Complete all GxP documentation accurately and in accordance with cGMP

You will ideally:

· Be Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering

· Have 3-5 years experience within electrical project engineering

· Have knowledge of HV/LV switchgear, HV/LV electrical protection, standby generator systems and communication networks

· Have an understanding of Pharmaceutical / cGMP regulations and requirements

· Have NEBOSH Construction Certificate

· Have experience managing contractors onsite
