This company is seen as the leading organisation providing innovative solutions to the aluminium windows and doors sector. With national coverage and purpose build manufacturing plants they are continually looking at best solutions to meet their clientele needs. They have a specialised Sales Team and are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to promote and maximise sales opportunities with existing clients as well as bringing new business into the organisation.

Based in Highbrook the successful applicant will be ideally experienced in the aluminium industry and have a proven track record of both personal sales as well as full experience in leading a small team of Sales staff.

Your role will be a mixture of sales work (approximately 50%), and sales staff leadership (approximately 50%) and you will be overly responsible for managing, coordinating and motivating a small sales support team to reach their own individual and overall team KPI’s. Coaching and mentoring are two key elements of this role and this will be an area you are not only passionate about but an area that excites you about coming to work each day.

You must have aluminium sales experience to apply for this role.

Your commercial sales nous will allow you to continually monitor, analyse and allow you to recognise threats from opposition companies as well as providing the very best in sales support to existing and new clients.

The applicant must be able to communicate at all levels within the building Industry. You will have a strong sales background, be comfortable promoting products and discussing technical details with architects, builders and residential clientele. You will need to be well organized, able to plan ahead and have a strong desire to succeed.
