RESPONSABILITES:
Accompagner les opérationnels dans le cadre de réponses à des appels d‘offres : validation des cahiers des charges, identification des risques juridiques, validation des réponses, qualification et négociation de contrats clients (conception de navires, de quartiers d’habitation pour les plateformes pétrolières etc.)
-Revoir, rédiger, qualifier et négocier divers contrats tels que contrats EPC, MOU, accords de confidentialité, contrats de partenariat
-Assister les opérationnels en phase d’exécution contractuelle (rédaction d’avenant le cas échéant)
-Evaluer les risques et besoins juridiques propres aux dossiers, proposer des solutions alternatives pour minimiser les risques et maximiser les opportunités. Plus généralement, e candidat devra sensibiliser les ingénieurs aux risques contractuels et juridiques
-Collaborer avec les autres fonctions telles que la finance, les assurances, compliance, le secrétariat général
-Informer le management et participer à un reporting régulier
 
COMPETENCES EXIGEES :
Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le Titulaire devra apporter les compétences suivantes :
Formation supérieur en droit privé, droit des affaires (Master II, DJCE, LLM) et/ou école du barreau 
Expérience de 3 ans minimum, idéalement au sein d’une société de travaux publics ou d’un bureau d’études techniques (construction, BTP…)
Bon communicant, sens de l’écoute, sens du relationnel, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, aptitude confirmée pour la négociation contractuelle
Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable

Responsibilities:
Support operational staff in response to calls for tenders: validation of specifications, identification of legal risks, validation of responses, qualification and negotiation of customer contracts (design of ships, living quarters for oil platforms etc.)
-Review, write, qualify and negotiate various contracts such as EPC, MOU, confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts
-Assist the operational staff during the contractual execution phase (drafting of addendum if necessary)
-Evaluate the risks and legal needs specific to the files, propose alternative solutions to minimize the risks and maximize the opportunities. More generally, the candidate will have to make engineers aware of contractual and legal risks
-Collaborate with other functions such as finance, insurance, compliance, general secretariat
-Informing management and participating in regular reports

Requirements:
- Higher education in private law, business law (Master II, DJCE, LLM) and / or Bar School.
- 3 years experience minimum, ideally within a public works company or a technical design office (construction, construction ...)
- Proven aptitude for contractual negotiation.
- Good communicator; good listening and interpersonal skills allowing effective interact with a variety of profiles, in a multicultural context.
- Analysis skills, prioritisation of actions and ensuring good transferability of information
- Fluency in English is essential
