Permanent or Fixed Term contract

They are seeking a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) with strong extensive clinical research experience to join a talented and motivated team. What will you be doing?
As Project manager you will lead and manage a cross functional delivery team to operationally deliver defined clinical study/ies or clinical project activities to time, cost and appropriate quality

While projects vary, you should be able to demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in delivering studies across all phases with early Oncology preferable
  • Strong, enthusiastic communication, influencing and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes across internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources and project initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in site management including the development and management of the required regulatory documentation
  • Extensive Project Management and financial acumen skills
  • Flexible thinking, welcoming with a can-do attitude with each new challenge
  • Enjoy celebrating success with their teams
 
 
Job Requirements
  • University degree (or equivalent), preferably in medical or biological sciences or discipline associated with clinical research. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of GCP
  • At least 3 years’ experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or similar organization or academic experience including 2 years in a Project management role
  • Oncology project leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical operations, project management tools and processes
  • Proven experience of clinical development / drug development process in various phases of development and therapy areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources and project initiatives
  • Willingness to travel when required
 
Valued characteristics include:
  • Advanced degree
  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology such as Lean Sigma/Change Management is desirable but not mandatory
  • Regulatory submission experience
